Michigan Millers Mutual Insurance Company has named VTC Insurance Group its 2017 Agency of the Year, in recognition of VTC’s significant and continued contribution to Michigan Millers’ progress and pace of growth.

Facing rising claims related to their 50-vehicle fleet, Foris Solutions contacted VTC’s Lillian Durham and Amerisure’s Stacy Trent. Their technology solution was innovative and revealing, and when instituted, lowered claims by almost 80%.
To qualify, an agency must demonstrate exceptional market performance over the most recent five-year period. Less than half of Amerisure’s top agencies qualified when the Diamond level was introduced. VTC Insurance Group easily met the requirements.
