VTC Insurance Group is looking for a highly motivated professional who is looking to be challenged and rewarded for their contributions within this growth organization. The successful candidate will join an experienced team that provides accounting services and financial support to our growing organization.


  • Responsible for vendor payables for multiple divisions
  • Process bank reconciliations for multiple divisions
  • Reconcile statements, review producer commissions, and post direct bill commission statements
  • Assign policies in the direct bill commission statement download
  • Record EFTs that account managers initiate for sweeps
  • Record direct bill intercompany journal entry at month-end
  • Protect the company’s values by keeping information confidential
  • Assist with general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying
  • Assist Controller with multiple projects
  • Performs all other related duties as assigned


  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook is mandatory
  • Associates degree in Accounting or Finance preferred, but not required
  • Working knowledge of revenue and expense allocation
  • Ability to positively interact with many levels within the organization
  • Knowledge of operating standard office equipment
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed
  • Solid analytical and communication skills
  • Results-oriented team player with a constant focus on improving processes
  • Ability to prioritize projects and achieve deadlines under pressure
  • Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
